“I’m a mom with two children one of which has special needs. I had to stop working to take care of him full time, which means I qualify for Medicaid. Medicaid’s dental program limits the number and type of services you can get each year. Usually, root canals aren’t covered and cost around $2,000. That’s not something I can afford.”
