Florida Voices for Health Wants to Hear from South Florida's Hispanic Population

One group is helping the South Florida Hispanic community take charge of their health.

Florida Voices for Health will hold a meeting Monday night. Louisa McQueeney, with the organization says they're focusing on the Hispanic population's concerns on health issues, the Affordable Care Act and changes to Medicaid.

"The world of health care is very complex. A lot of terms are being thrown around, like HSA's (Health Savings Account) and FSA's (Flexible Spending Account) and if you're not knee deep into it, like some of us are, then what does that all mean?" said McQueeney, Communications Director of Florida Voices for Health.
